InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach one-on-one and small group lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule, travel locally, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include 2+ years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, and US work authorization. Earn $40–$70 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student and clients' needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
