Job summary

STXZ Lacrosse is seeking independent lacrosse coaches in the Redondo Beach area to cover client requests for private lessons. You manage the sessions on your own schedule, with clients contacting you directly for session details and locations.

You will be paid $35–$50 per one-hour session, with payouts within 24–48 hours after submitting your lesson briefing. Coaches are independent contractors and bear their own taxes and scheduling responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college levels.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check.
• Own transportation to training locations and own equipment (stick, cones, balls).
• Communicate effectively with parents, players, and STXZ team.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and decide whether to take them.
• Contact the client within 24 hours of accepting an offer.
• Agree on schedule and location (home, field, park, or other).
• Run sessions with drills and structure as you see fit.
• Submit a brief lesson briefing after each session.
• Receive payment after each completed session.
