Job summary

STXZ Lacrosse is seeking independent lacrosse coaches in the West Caldwell area to book private lessons with clients who request them. You set your schedule, choose location, and coach sessions in your own style.

Coaches receive $35 to $50 per one-hour session, paid as a flat rate after each lesson, with payout within 24–48 hours via PayPal. The platform handles client acquisition, while you manage sessions and coaching methods.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level or playing experience at varsity/college/pro level.
• 18 or older and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation and own basic training equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coach lacrosse sessions for clients in West Caldwell and surrounding areas.
• Review and accept client offers and schedule sessions with the client.
• Submit a brief lesson recap on the platform after each session.
• Manage your own schedule, territory, and coaching style.
