Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check through STXZ.
• Reliable transportation to training locations in your area.
• Own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment (cones, balls, training aids).
• Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team.
• Professionalism and confidence when working independently with families and youth athletes.

Responsibilities
