STXZ Lacrosse in Manhasset, NY is seeking independent lacrosse coaches to cover private lessons. We connect families with clients, handle booking and admin, and you coach sessions with your own drills and pace.

You set your schedule, location, and travel radius. Pay is $35–$50 per hour per session, with payouts in 24–48 hours via PayPal. You are an independent contractor; a 1099-NEC is issued if you earn $2,000+ through STXZ.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18 years or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Own stick and basic training equipment.
• Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team.
• Professionalism and independence with families and youth athletes.

Responsibilities

• Coach private lacrosse sessions at client-chosen locations.
• Review and accept client offers and set schedules.
• Deliver coaching sessions with drills and structure.
• Submit a lesson briefing after each session.
• Coordinate pay through STXZ platform.
