Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in patient access or revenue cycle operations in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-registration for scheduled services with accurate data.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
• Ensure all demographic and insurance information is current.
• Generate accurate cost estimates based on payer contracts.
• Collect or arrange pre-service payments from patients.
• Provide clear financial counseling and explain patient obligations.
