Panasonic Avionics Corporation is seeking a Clarity PPM System Administrator to manage the Clarity PPM environment, create schedule templates, and guide project managers in applying templates to plans. You will monitor ongoing projects for risks, dependencies, and schedule integrity while ensuring data security and process adherence.

The role requires 8+ years in program management, 5 years with Clarity PPM, and collaboration with technology teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, CS, IS, or related field.
• 8+ years in program management, portfolio governance, operations, BI, product ops, or platform tooling in a complex enterprise.
• 5 years hands-on work with Clarity PPM.
• 5 years partnering with technology teams, stakeholders or vendors.
• 3 years planning/executing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methods.
• PM certification preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of Broadcom Clarity PPM capabilities in schedule creation/maintenance.
• Familiar with PM processes: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure.

Responsabilités

• Manage Clarity PPM environment and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain standard program/project schedule templates and job aids.
• Guide PMs in applying templates to create plans.
• Monitor in-flight programs to ensure best practices and policy compliance.
• Create schedules, templates, and job aids to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinate resources and interdependencies across programs.
