A leading behavioral health services provider in Sedro-Woolley is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to deliver care in Skilled Nursing Facilities. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay ranging from $63.00 to $88.00 per hour, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan with company match. Ideal candidates are licensed in Washington and have relevant geriatric experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Geriatric Psych experience.
• 1 year providing treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities and/or Acute Rehab Hospitals.
• Possession of Malpractice Insurance if Independent Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face psychiatric services to patients directly in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Assess the patient’s mental status based on symptoms.
• Diagnose DSM-V disorders and develop treatment plans.
• Apply medical decision-making skills for mental health issues.
• Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists.
