Qualifications

• Licensed in Idaho and Washington by the Board of Nursing in good standing.
• Licensed by the Idaho and Washington Board of Pharmacy to prescribe controlled substances.
• 1 year of Geri Psych Experience required.
• 1 year providing treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities or Acute Rehab Hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face psychiatric services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Assess the patient’s mental status.
• Diagnose DSM-V disorders and develop treatment plans.
• Apply decision-making skills for mental health issues.
