Job summary

A behavioral health services provider in Sedro-Woolley, WA is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for direct care in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Qualifications

• 1 year of Geri Psych Experience.
• 1 year providing treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities and/or Acute Rehab Hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face psychiatric services to patients directly in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Assess the patient’s mental status based on symptoms.
• Diagnose DSM-V disorders and develop treatment plans.
• Apply medical decision-making skills for mental health issues.

Skills

Basic computer knowledge

Experience with EMR/EHR Systems (Athena)

Strong interpersonal skills

Flexible and organized

Fluency in Spanish

Education

Licensed in Washington by the Board of Nursing

Possession of Malpractice Insurance
