Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking an Advanced Psychiatric Practitioner (PMHNP, PA-C) to join our SNF Psychiatry team across Washington state, including Everett and surrounding areas. This full-time, W2 role offers base salary plus incentives with a total earnings potential of $195,000+ annually.

Licensed in WA (nursing and pharmacy), with geriatric psychiatry experience, you will provide direct psychiatric services in skilled nursing facilities and collaborate with psychiatrists to manage

Qualifications

• Licensed in Washington by the Board of Nursing with psychiatry focus.
• Licensed by the Washington Board of Pharmacy to prescribe controlled substances (DEA).
• 1 year of geriatric psychiatry experience.
• 1 year providing treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities or Acute Rehab Hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face psychiatric services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Assess patients' mental status based on symptoms.
• Diagnose DSM-V disorders and develop treatment plans.
• Apply medical decision-making for psychopharmacology and non-pharmacological treatments.
• Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists.
