Qualifications

• Current Pilates certification (full apparatus Pilates Certification with 500+ hours of experience or equivalent is a plus).
• Experience teaching group classes.
• Ability to demonstrate effective group Pilates instruction.
• Energetic, positive, inclusive, and motivational teaching style.
• Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises.
• Punctual, reliable, and dedicated.
• Focus on exceptional customer service and professional communication.
• Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt and evolve in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pilates group reformer classes following Club Pilates standards.
• Provide safe, effective workouts for up to 12 members per class with diverse equipment.
• Prepare creative, level-appropriate class flows.
• Uphold core values and foster an inclusive, encouraging studio culture.
• Conduct private and semi-private sessions, workshops, and events as needed.
• Inspect equipment before each class to ensure safety.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workout environment.
• Assist with membership check-ins and sales as needed.
• Participate in events to promote the studio and brand.
• Promote revenue through retail, memberships, and services.
