Aufgaben

• Escort fragile patients to procedures, monitoring telemetry the entire transport
• Provide culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population
• Round on assigned patients each shift, documenting findings within Production Partners Inc's electronic record before handoff
• Verify blood products at the bedside with a second Physician Assistant, sign-for-sign, before any transfusion
• Pre-chart the next admission from the referral packet so the room is ready when they roll in
• Keep the mid-level provider one step ahead by flagging pending results before they're asked for
• Manage an internship panel of chronic patients, calling between visits when Patient Assessment numbers drift
• Apply Aseptic Technique and Wound Care to support high-quality clinical outcomes
