Job summary

Vivie in Minnesota is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist to deliver direct client care, evaluate patients, and develop personalized treatment plans. This full-time, hourly role works Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime eligibility and a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration.

You will document services in Vivie’s EMR, ensure regulatory compliance, and support discharge planning while advancing client independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Minnesota.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Clear and compassionate communication in English.
• CPR certification within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to perform the physical duties of the role.
• Successful completion of a state background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct client care with evaluations and goals.
• Maintain accurate records in Vivie’s EMR.
• Oversee follow-up programs to support discharge outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete and document supervisory visits with PTAs and RA/CNAs.
• Other duties as assigned.
