Job summary

Vivie is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Minnesota to provide hands-on therapeutic support and develop personalized treatment plans. You will evaluate clients, document progress using our EMR, and work within an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal recovery and independence.

The role offers full-time, hourly, non-exempt employment with a schedule of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, 80 hours per pay period, and a pay range of $45–$58 per hour based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Physical Therapist license required.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Clear English communication with staff and clients.
• Ability to perform duties physically and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Direct Client Care - Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans with short-term and long-term goals.
• Maintain Accurate Client Records - Document services accurately and timely using Vivie’s EMR system, ensuring compliance with all payer sources and authorization requirements.
• Facilitate Follow‑Up Programs - Recommend and oversee continuation programs to support long‑term client success and optimize discharge outcomes.
• Collaborate and Communicate Effectively - Work closely with clients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to provide care.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance - Complete and document supervisory visits with PTAs and RA/CNAs in accordance with state and regulatory guidelines.
