Vivie in Minnesota is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist to deliver direct client care, evaluate patients, and develop personalized treatment plans. This full-time, hourly role works Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime eligibility and a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration.

You will document services in Vivie’s EMR, ensure regulatory compliance, and support discharge planning while advancing client independence.

Qualifikationen

Schedule: Full Time| 80 Hours/Pay Period | Monday to Friday - 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Pay range: $45.00/hour to $56.50/hour (hourly non-exempt) based on qualifications, experience, and location.

As a Physical Therapist, You Will

• Deliver Direct Client Care - Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans with short‑term and long‑term goals.
• Maintain Accurate Client Records - Document services accurately and timely using Vivie’s EMR system, ensuring compliance with all payer sources and authorization requirements.
• Facilitate Follow‑Up Programs - Recommend and oversee continuation programs to support long‑term client success and optimize discharge outcomes.
• Collaborate and Communicate Effectively - Work closely with clients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to provide care.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance - Complete and document supervisory visits with PTAs and RA/CNAs in accordance with state and regulatory guidelines.

This Job Also Requires

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Minnesota.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Clear and compassionate communication abilities.
• Proficient in English for effective communication with staff, clients, and visitors.
• Successful completion of a state‑mandated background check.
• Able to physically perform the duties required by the position.
• Must obtain CPR certification within 6 months of hire.
