Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Aide (PCA)/Caregiver to support seniors in Augusta and El Dorado, KS. You will provide compassionate in-home care, helping with daily living activities, mobility, meal prep, and companionship.

Responsibilities include medication reminders, safe home assessments, and documenting client condition for supervisors. Requires HS diploma and healthcare experience; transportation and insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a healthcare role preferred.
• Strong communication skills and compassion are essential.
• Must have auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support for seniors to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping, transportation, companionship).
• Help with ambulation, transferring, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and document client status for supervisor review.
• Maintain a safe home environment and assist with client activities that bring joy.
