Spaulding Hospital-Cambridge, Inc. in Cambridge, MA is seeking an experienced inpatient RN for per diem coverage. The role requires 1 full year of inpatient RN experience and the ability to work 2-3 shifts per month, including a weekend shift.

You will provide direct patient care, document per nursing standards, administer medications safely, and collaborate with the care team to support patient outcomes. BLS certification and MA RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 full year of inpatient RN experience.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Baccalaureate degree preferred.
• Current license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Effective verbal, electronic and written communications in English.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Perform accurate nursing assessments.
• Develop and implement plan of care.
• Provide nursing care and monitor patient progress.
• Document patient care per standards.
• Administer medications safely per policies.
• Transcribe or acknowledge doctors' orders as needed.
