Job summary
Affirmed Home Care in Union, NJ seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver personalized, one-on-one home care to a client in the comfort of their home. This role emphasizes meaningful patient relationships and focused clinical care.
The per diem position offers flexible scheduling (day, evening, overnight, weekend) and competitive pay of $55 per hour, with opportunities to apply hospice and end-of-life care expertise in a home setting.
Qualifications
- Active NJ RN license required.
- Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute or home care.
- Minimum 1 year hospice/palliative/end-of-life care experience.
- BLS certification current.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical exam completed within the past year.
- PPD/QuantiFERON or chest X-ray within the past 5 years, if applicable.
- MMR immunization documentation and flu vaccination or exemption.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care in a home setting.
- Flexible scheduling based on client needs.
- Day, evening, overnight, and weekend assignments may be available.
- Collaborate with clinical team to ensure quality care.
