Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• MA-P license may be required depending on assigned area.
• Minimum one year of experience in a laboratory setting or providing customer service support.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone-based customer service and document communications with clients.
• Handle specimen transportation and accession specimens into the data management system.
• Provide prices and lab orders, and correct various report and billing errors.
• Maintain courier vehicles and dispatch couriers to clients.
