Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Infusion to work outside the walls of a hospital. This part-time, per diem position serves patients in their homes across upstate New York, offering a schedule that supports quality one-on-one care and work-life balance.

You will administer infusion therapies, manage IVs, provide patient education, and support physicians, pharmacists and caregivers. A NY RN license, at least one year of nursing and infusion experience, CPR, and a valid

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NY license
• Minimum one year nursing experience
• Strong IV infusion/infusion skills
• CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook & Word to document patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide a broad range of home infusion therapies
• Deliver one-on-one home infusion nursing visits and patient education
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and care partners
• Maintain high-quality patient care and safety in home settings
• Complete on-call rotations as needed
