Job summary

OneWell Health Care in Richboro, PA seeks a Per Diem ASL Interpreter/Education Specialist to provide professional ASL interpreting and individualized educational support across educational, medical, and community settings. This field-based, non-exempt role requires travel throughout Pennsylvania and flexible scheduling.

The position supports participants through ODP services, ensures equal access to communication, and collaborates with families, educators, and Supports Coordinators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in ASL, Deaf Education, Interpreter Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ASL interpreting services in educational, employment, medical, vocational, or community settings preferred.
• Current state credentialing or registration as required by PA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and culturally appropriate ASL interpreting and ODP Education Support services.
• Support participants in achieving educational, vocational, and independent living goals.
• Collaborate with participants, families, educators, employers, Supports Coordinators, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and complete timely, accurate documentation as required.
