Nelson-Jameson, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate in Jerome, Idaho to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and shipping of goods for the food manufacturing sector.

You will join a small, highly collaborative team, handling receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory control while operating RF scanners and ERP systems. The role emphasizes attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work both independently and with others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in warehouse or distribution center experience, order fulfillment, shipping, or receiving.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, accountable, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and in a small team.
• Able to follow directions, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Physical: lift up to 56 lbs regularly, up to 75 lbs occasionally, and up to 115 lbs push/pull.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify purchase orders, and complete required documentation.
• Perform order picking and packing for customer shipments (LTL, small parcel, route deliveries, customer pickups).
• Prepare and ship outbound orders with documentation and confirmations.
• Use RF scanners and ERP (P21) to track inventory movements.
• Execute proper put-away processes for efficient storage and accessibility.
• Support inventory integrity via cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment; ensure safety and cleanliness.
