Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate for its DashMart location. You will pick and pack orders, stock inventory, and maintain an organized warehouse to ensure fast, accurate deliveries.

You will also facilitate substitutions to delight customers and support on-site leadership. Shifts include morning, day, evening, weekend, and part-time, with onboarding and a 4-hour training shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated environments.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders through the app; hand off to Dashers.
• Manage inventory and spoilage; stock receivables and shelf life.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Assist with substitutions to delight customers.
