Job summary

Pearson VUE in Wethersfield, CT is seeking a part-time Test Administrator to deliver secure exams and provide friendly customer service in a quiet testing environment.

Shifts range 12–19 hours per week, Monday through Saturday. Starting pay is $17.75 per hour, with eligibility for accrued paid sick time. Duties include candidate check-in, ID verification, proctoring, and light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams preferred.
• Must be flexible in work hours and days.
• Ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation.
• Quiet testing environment familiarity desired.

Responsibilities

• Proctor and invigilate exams to ensure security and proper conduct.
• Check in candidates, verify identification, and explain exam process.
• Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning and sanitizing test equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
