Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches. You’ll work with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit are well-presented and consumer-ready in assigned stores.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance coverage.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional >50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Fredericksburg, VA; secondary location Tappahannock, VA.
• Schedule includes Saturdays and Sundays with open weekday availability.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DMI merchandising principles, including capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, handling lifting and moving of products in a physical role.
