Mondelēz International is hiring part-time merchandisers to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll visit stores, maintain brand standards, and capture display photos using digital merchandising tools.

This role features a flexible schedule and requires the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, with travel within a 25-35 mile radius from Wilmington, DE.

Competenze

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license for the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; GED can be earned during training.
• 1-3 years in retail or consumer goods preferred; positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.

Mansioni

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal product launches and high visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and physically capable of lifting, bending, and moving product.
