Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Simulation Operations Coordinator to provide technical support for simulation operations and to coordinate administrative aspects of the program. The role includes preparing equipment, assisting facilitators, and ensuring the simulation center runs smoothly.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, and information systems while delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced healthcare education environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent.
• 2 years of administrative, healthcare related, or computer/IT experience.
• 1 year of experience in simulation or operation and maintenance of computer networks or audiovisual systems or biomedical equipment.
• 1 year of experience providing technical assistance.

Responsibilities

• Program, test, and run simulation scenarios with instructors and facilitators.
• Set up and maintain simulators and related equipment for teaching sessions.
• Perform maintenance and repair of simulation equipment and software licenses.
• Coordinate simulation center scheduling, inventory, and utilization.
• Provide technical support as liaison with IS and AV departments.
• Deliver excellent customer service and training on simulation equipment.
