Responsibilities include preparing equipment, coordinating center utilization, maintaining information systems, and assisting facilitators during scenarios.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent
• 2 years of administrative, healthcare related, or computer/IT experience
• 1 year of experience in the field of simulation or operation and maintenance of computer networks or audiovisual systems or biomedical equipment
• 1 year of experience providing technical assistance

Responsibilities

• Simulator operator by programming, testing, and running scenarios with instructors and facilitators.
• Set up and maintain equipment for teaching sessions, including simulators and related tech.
• Maintain and track maintenance, licenses, and contracts for equipment and software.
• Interface with IS/AV for computers and equipment management.
• Coordinate center scheduling, inventory, and training activities.
• Develop and maintain information management systems for the simulation center.
• Provide customer service and training on simulation equipment.
