Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a part-time Shift Supervisor to assist the CVS Store Management team in daily operations and customer service, leading staff when a manager is unavailable. The role focuses on opening/closing procedures, sales excellence, and a positive store environment.

The incumbent will supervise daily activities, ensure adherence to policy, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient store experience for customers and patients. Flexibility for early shifts and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Support store management and store crews to drive store execution.
• Supervise the store staff by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure data privacy.
