Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Site Flex in Goodyear, AZ. This part-time role offers fixed anchor shifts and the option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings, with a base pay of $19.17 per hour.

You will work at a designated site, providing access-control, visitor management, and responsive incident handling. This position supports career growth while offering flexible hours and reliable income.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Able to use a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and direct authorized personnel to designated areas.
• Help control vehicle and pedestrian access at gates, entrances, and loading areas.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate concerns as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas and perimeter.
