Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time, Enhanced Security Officer (Unarmed) in Henderson, NC to provide dependable, flexible coverage at a healthcare site. The role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional hours via our scheduling platform.

You will deliver frontline customer service to patients, visitors and staff, perform routine patrols, assist with access control, and respond calmly to emergencies following established procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required per federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and others at a healthcare location while following security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies in a calm, professional manner following established protocols.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and direction-giving while maintaining professionalism.
• Document incidents and patrol activities accurately and communicate with site leadership.
