Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Inspection in Raleigh, NC. The role offers flexible, reliable hours with fixed shifts and optional extra shifts to boost earnings.

Pay rate is $20.46 per hour. The schedule is DayTime Sun 01:00 PM - 07:00 PM, with a six‑month anchor shift commitment at a designated site. A background check and drug screening apply where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations calmly and following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor directions, staff support, and access‑control procedures.
• Document observations and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
