Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation may be conducted.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and staff following site procedures.
• Conduct fixed and random patrols at the retail site to identify unusual activity and hazards.
• Monitor access points and report incidents or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with emergency responders when needed.
• Complete daily activity reports and patrol logs for site leadership.
