Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver - Retail for Troutdale, OR. The pay rate is $19.00 per hour and the role offers flexible, fixed shifts with opportunities to pick up extra shifts through the scheduling platform.

You will provide customer service, conduct patrols, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and maintain daily reports as part of a dynamic, community-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and responding to security-related concerns in a professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail center, parking areas, common and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points, observe activity within the location, and report incidents, property concerns, or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner; coordinate with emergency responders when appropriate.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs while communicating relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver - Retail in Troutdale, OR, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Sun: 08:30 AM - 07:30 PM

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
