Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred for resident, visitor, and staff interactions.
• Ability to carry out site-specific procedures and access-control protocols.
• Experience with front-desk duties and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and security-related front-desk duties at a residential location.
• Greet visitors, verify authorization, maintain visitor records, issue access credentials as directed, and communicate entry requirements in a professional manner.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, alarms, cameras, and/or communication systems, escalating unusual activity or concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders when required.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and front-desk logs while supporting a welcoming and professional environment.
