Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background checks will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
Allied Universal may consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the venue, ensuring safety and reporting incidents.
Respond to incidents and guest concerns calmly, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
Monitor access points and assist with maintaining orderly guest flow during events and busy periods.
Prepare clear and accurate incident reports and communicate information to site management.
