Pay rate is $16.00 per hour. The position includes responsibilities like access-control, incident response, and patrols, with a path toward potential full-time roles through paid training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A background check will be conducted as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct authorized personnel and deliveries in accordance with facility requirements.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain accurate documentation of visitor activity, access-control events, incidents, and shift handoffs.
