Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Badge Services in Milpitas, CA. The role offers fixed shifts at an assigned site with the option to pick up additional shifts through the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program, at a pay rate of $21.00 per hour.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of security experience, strong customer service skills, and comfort using a computer or tablet. A Guard Card or license is preferred, with opportunities to grow to a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
