The position emphasizes customer service, incident response, and regular patrols at a retail location, with opportunities to grow into a full-time schedule up to 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen and licensing requirements may be required depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of retail spaces, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious conditions and violations.
• Document incidents, patrols, and daily activities accurately and communicate to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
