Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and employees while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain logs and reports.
• Communicate professionally and follow site protocols to maintain an orderly environment.
