Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, members, employees, and visitors following site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail areas to identify hazards and policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Document observations and communicate information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
