Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by location.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entry points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and notify emergency services when needed.
• Complete activity logs and incident reports accurately per Allied Universal and site requirements.
