Lovesac is hiring a Sales Associate in Phoenix to create an engaging in-store experience and help customers design products that fit their style and space. You will drive sales, build relationships, and deliver exceptional service across the Lovesac product line.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High-School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
• Achieve personal sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Provides attentive service to all customers and builds customer loyalty.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers.
• Guide the customer from first interest to purchase, including managing quotes and closing the sale.
• Conduct customer outreach using company tools and methods.
• Identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a welcoming store by following visual merchandising standards.
• Support daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, exchanges, promotions, and policies.
