Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize, multi-task and pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communicator (oral and written) including desire to ask questions and learn from others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and familiar with the Internet.
• Reliable, clean transportation required.

Responsibilities

• This position would be located in the Houston area.
• Sales: The PTSA supports the Sales Counselor and Sales Associates with all aspects of selling and marketing the community.
• Opening tasks include unlocking models, inspecting, and preparing the model for business by 10:00 a.m. (12:00 p.m. Sundays).
• Greeting: meet and greet incoming customers, register prospective homebuyers, and set follow up appointments when the Sales Counselor is unavailable.
• Knowledge of Real Estate terminology and process; help manage inventory and assist with contract-related duties as needed.
• Closing: assist with model closings, ensuring all signage, lighting, and security checks are in place.
