Job summary

ThedaCare Corporate Office in Neenah, Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Float Pool Clinical Nurse to provide patient-centered, evidence-based care across med/surg and related departments. This 0.6 FTE role schedules 24 hours per week with a variable shift pattern (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) and no weekend requirement, serving Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, Juliette Manor, and Berlin.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN licensure.
• BSN must be completed within five years of hire for non-BSN nurses.
• Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certifications or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients using the nursing process and collaborate with the interprofessional team to plan care.
• Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care across med/surg and affiliated units.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to improve outcomes and safety.
• Mentor and engage less-experienced staff to support professional development.
• Identify and mitigate risks to prevent crises and ensure quality care.
