ThedaCare is seeking a registered nurse at our Neenah, Wisconsin campus. You will deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care across the continuum, collaborating with an interprofessional team to ensure high quality outcomes.

Current Wisconsin RN licensure is required. If not BSN at hire and with less than one year experience, you must obtain a BSN within five years. BLS/ACLS/PALS are required or obtained within six months. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds.

Formación

• Current Wisconsin RN licensure.
• BSN completion: if nurse is non-BSN at hire and has <1 year RN experience, must obtain a BSN within five years.
• American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS or obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Physical demands: ability to move, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work environment may include exposure to sharp objects, chemicals, and infectious risks.

Responsabilidades

• Use nursing process and evidence-based practice to assess patients.
• Develop care plans with patient and interprofessional team.
• Provide high quality nursing care in clinical specialty.
