Job summary

Spring Creek Care Center in Millcreek, Utah seeks a part-time Registered Nurse for night shifts with varying days. You will administer medications, document treatments, and monitor residents in a skilled nursing setting, while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

You must hold a current Utah RN license, be able to read and interpret clinical information in English, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer competitive hourly pay, flexible schedules, mentoring, and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Current active RN license in the state of employment.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common clinical information in English.
• Experience in long-term geriatric nursing care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and document medications, treatments, and IV lines.
• Record time spent on treatments per policy and maintain treatment records.
• Ensure proper storage and security of drugs per facility policies.
• Notify physician of refusals, non-compliance, or adverse reactions promptly.
• Keep medication cart and room neat; dispose drugs properly.
• Assist in orientation and training of new nursing staff.
• Practice infection control and safety policies.
