Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and document medications, tests, treatments, and IV lines.
• Record time spent performing treatments on the medication/treatment record.
• Ensure proper storage and security of drugs and biologicals per policy.
• Notify physician of refusals, non-compliance, or adverse reactions with prompt notification.
• Keep medication cart, refrigerator, and room neat; dispose properly.
