Lovesac is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver a welcoming, in-store experience in Houston and help customers design our modular furniture for total comfort. You will use Lovesac selling techniques, build relationships, and help customers move from interest to purchase.

The role requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends; prior retail or customer service experience is preferred; comfort with technology, product demos, quotes, and local store travel is helpful.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to travel to local stores and third-party vendors as required.
• Excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
• Achieve personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Provides attentive service to all customers and builds customer loyalty.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of product knowledge and educate customers.
• Guide the customer from first interest to purchase focusing on quotes and closing.
• Conduct customer outreach using company provided tools.
• Identify and resolve customer issues for a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a welcoming store by following visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, inventory, promotions.
• Utilize sales data and reports to prioritize tasks and support daily operations.
• Follow company policies to minimize risks and maintain safety.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
